City Council approves hotel project
City Council approved the final land development plans for the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel and office building project on Monday night.
The city’s Redevelopment Authority sold a 22-acre site off Route 82 and the Route 30 Bypass to Pulver for the hotel and office building project site last August.
This long-awaited project has finally received approval. It was originally presented to city officials about six years ago.
Could this be another step forward for the city?
